No. It supports any standard 3-inch (76mm) direct thermal label roll from any brand — including all inFlow label rolls available in the shop.

What label widths does the printer support?

The printer supports label rolls up to 76mm (3") wide, with a maximum printable area of 72mm (2.83") wide.

What is the print resolution?

It prints at 300 DPI, delivering sharp barcodes and text that are more detailed than many premium competitors.

It connects via Wi-Fi or USB-C. Drivers are available for both Windows and Mac. When paired with inFlow's mobile app, it prints wirelessly during receiving, picking, or putaway.

How many labels can it print on a single charge?

The 2,600 mAh battery supports printing over 5,000 labels per charge, making it reliable for a full warehouse shift.

Does it need ink or toner?

No. It is a direct thermal printer — it uses heat to print on thermally sensitive label paper. No ink, toner, or ribbons are ever required.

Can I use this printer with software other than inFlow Inventory?

Yes. Because it installs via standard Windows and Mac drivers, it works with third-party software including Excel, Word, Shopify, and other warehouse management systems (WMS) via USB-C or Wi-Fi.
