Warranty and Return Policy
Hardware Warranty
We build our hardware to last — but if something ever goes wrong, we've got you covered! All inFlow hardware (scanners, printers, and accessories) is covered by the following warranty:
- Software support: Ongoing with an active inFlow Inventory subscription.
- Hardware (including all accessories): 1 year limited warranty. Bonus: Your hardware is covered for a full 2 years as long as you maintain an active inFlow Inventory subscription.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions that occur under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, damage beyond the product's rated specifications, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Replacement Process
Running into a hardware issue is never fun, so here's how we'll take care of it if it turns out to be a defect covered under warranty:
- Contact Support First: Email support@inflowinventory.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will work with you to troubleshoot the problem.
- Replacement Approval: If our team determines the issue can't be fixed remotely and requires a replacement within your warranty period, inFlow will ship you a replacement unit at no cost. The replacement unit may be brand new or a tested, verified unit.
- Return Your Defective Unit: We'll send you a prepaid return label to send the defective unit back to us. Your replacement ships first — you don't wait on us to receive your old unit. You'll have 14 days from the date you receive your replacement to ship the defective unit back using this label. If we don't receive it within that window, we'll charge you 50% of the unit's current retail price (before discounts), plus shipping and any applicable customs fees, for the replacement unit.
Note: If the returned unit is found not to be defective, or the issue falls outside the terms of this warranty, the customer can keep the replacement unit — chargeable at 50% of the unit's current retail price (before discounts), plus shipping and any applicable customs fees.
Warranty coverage on your replacement unit: The replacement carries over the remainder of your original warranty period (it does not reset the clock). Exception: if less than 3 months remained on your original warranty at the time of replacement, your replacement unit is covered for a minimum of 3 months from the date you receive it.
Return policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- Unopened & Unused Products: Eligible for a full refund.
- Opened & Used Products: Subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Damaged Products: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items that have sustained physical damage.
- Packaging: All original items, parts, and packaging must be included in your return shipment.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
How to Start a Return
- Email Us: Reach out to our team at support@inflowinventory.com. Please include your order number and let us know which item(s) you would like to return.
- Get Your Return Instructions: Once we receive your email, our support team will reply with the specific return mailing address and any final instructions you need.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack your items — making sure to include all original parts and packaging — and ship them back to us using your preferred carrier. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service!
