Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

• Unopened & Unused Products: Eligible for a full refund.

• Opened & Used Products: Subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• Damaged Products: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items that have sustained physical damage.

• Packaging: All original items, parts, and packaging must be included in your return shipment.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Get Your Return Instructions: Once we receive your email, our support team will reply with the specific return mailing address and any final instructions you need.

3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack your items—making sure to include all original parts and packaging—and ship them back to us using your preferred carrier. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service!
