FAQ:

• What's included in this bundle?
It includes the inFlow Smartphone Scanner 3 (SS3), the inFlow Hand Grip built for the SS3, and the inFlow Docking Cradle built for the SS3, everything you need to scan, hold, and charge in one package.
• Does the bundle save me money compared to buying each piece separately?
Yes, the bundle brings the price down from $1,528.99 to $1,249.99, so you save just under $280 compared to buying the scanner, grip, and cradle on their own.
• Can I use the hand grip and scanner together right out of the box?
Yes, the hand grip in this bundle is built specifically for the SS3, so it fits perfectly and lets you trigger scans by squeezing the grip instead of tapping the touchscreen.
• Can I charge a spare battery with the included cradle?
Yes, the docking cradle has a separate slot for a spare battery, so it charges the scanner and a backup battery at the same time.
• How rugged is the scanner included in this bundle?
The SS3 carries an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance and has been drop-tested from 5 feet onto concrete, so it can handle daily bumps on a warehouse floor or delivery route.
• Is the Grip Case included in this bundle?
No, this bundle includes the scanner, hand grip, and docking cradle only. The protective Grip Case is sold separately if you want extra drop protection, and the included cradle can still accommodate it thanks to its removable bracket.
• What can the scanner in this bundle actually do?
The SS3 is a rugged, Android-powered handheld barcode scanner that reads 1D and 2D barcodes instantly and runs inFlow Inventory, along with other Android apps, right on the device.
• Is this bundle a good fit for outfitting a new team member?
Yes, since it covers the scanner, a comfortable one-handed grip, and a charging dock in one order, it's a straightforward way to get someone fully equipped without piecing together separate orders.
• Can I buy any of these pieces separately if I already own one of them?
Yes, the scanner, hand grip, and docking cradle are all sold individually too, so if you already have one piece, you can just pick up what's missing instead of buying the full bundle.
• What's the warranty?
Software support is ongoing as long as you keep an active inFlow Inventory subscription. Hardware, including all the accessories in this bundle, comes with a 1-year standard warranty, extended to a full 2 years with an active subscription.
